Job Position: Assistant Manager US Tax

Job Description:

- Review federal and state income tax returns by utilizing specialised tax software

- Prepare and conduct sales and use tax, property tax returns, payroll taxes and withholding analysis

- Calculate estimated tax and process filings

- Advise clients in domestic tax positions such as provision, due diligence, refund analysis, corporate integrations and restructuring

- Conduct in-depth analysis and prepare reports for complex international tax positions, such as foreign tax credit planning, foreign exchange settlements, treaty analysis, royalty, and management services

- Research and draft opinion memoranda on resolving highly complex, technical tax issues, review tax filings and research tax positions

- Prepare responses to different tax authorities- requests and inquiries
