Job Description :
- Managing and popularizing the D&I agenda through various online and offline channels
- Taking initiatives centrally to increase awareness around D&I and working on improving employee participation through our D&I initiatives
- Liaising with global D&I counterparts and benchmarking the best practices that can be mirrored across India
- Organizing meetings/ calls with the regional diversity teams and reporting to the India Diversity & Inclusion Leader
- Preparing a quarterly D&I dashboard with action points and sharing it with the global D&I team
