Assistant Manager - Transfer Pricing - Financial Firm - CA

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Supporting transfer pricing client engagement teams on technical queries

- Preparation of tax alerts/ summary on recent transfer pricing judgments

- Research and assistance in preparation of research papers to formulate the firm's positions on transfer pricing issues

- Research and assistance in writing technical articles for print and online media

- Research and preparation of transfer pricing flyers and thought leadership publications

- Keeping regular track on latest transfer pricing developments and preparing summaries

- Research for internal and external technical sessions

- Preparation of standard checklists for transfer pricing

- Assistance in budget related exercise including preparing presentations

- Assisting on any other assignments from a transfer pricing perspective, as may be required

Desired Profile :

- Education : CA

- 3-4 years of experience

- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)

- Good research skills

Skill Set :

- Knowledge about transfer pricing databases

- Ability to carry out research on transfer pricing/ tax issues

- Expected to have Good knowledge on latest transfer pricing issues

- Must be acquainted with various source of transfer pricing literature eg. OECD TP Guidelines and UN TP Manual, etc.
