Location : Bangalore (Kanak pura Taluk)

Days Working : 6 days

Responsibility :

- Manages training deliver services within approved budget.

- Implements all training courses as scheduled

- Supervises employees reporting to her/him to ensure they meet performance standards.

- Creates individual development plans for each employee reporting to him.

- Serves as an active member of the Training Department's management t

- Recommends necessary revisions to existing training courses and possible are as requiring training courses

- Manage training budget

- Provide opportunities for ongoing development

- Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary

- Deploy a wide variety of training methods

- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions

- Soft Skill Training

- Training Policies
