Assistant Manager - Training & Development - Sales Vertical - eCommerce

Looking for Asst Manager Training & development (Sales trainer) - 5yrs+, Location Gurgaon_Leading E commerce company

- Define & drive Sales training for Execute the complete needs identification process, framework and ensure delivery of the same is followed & tracked

- Publish monthly sales training calendar and adhere to the training

- Deliver training on soft skills related to selling like-Listening with Empathy; Handling Conflict;

Team Motivation; Focus & Discipline etc.

- Acquire knowledge and mastery on the OLX eco system and the product(s)

- Publish a regular training dashboard describing the progress & updates on training conducted and effectiveness of the training on a monthly basis

- Organize periodic TTT/ Team meetings to build capability and effective within the team of trainers.

- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, best practices, developments areas through observations/and stakeholder interactions

- Good interpersonal skills for building engagement with the trainee participants, and keep them motivated for continuous learning

- Keen eye for business metrics, and ability to build linkages with training programs being delivered
