Training need identification & content creation :
Identifying training needs of frontline staff through interaction with staff, reporting heads, brand team and through field visits.
Developing the content for training based on feedback received. Running the same with stake holders and getting concurrence for the same.
Training Calendar & Delivery :
Design & Plan the Pan India training schedule and coordinate with field teams to roll it out.
Organise & coordinate for the training venue, logistics, accommodation as required, to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery
Conducting training programs across the country, with the objective that the frontline sales team to undergo two training session in a year.
Developing induction programs for the new joinees.
Establish appropriate methods to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all training interventions, whether delivered in-house or via external providers.
Training Budget :
Managing the Training budget, including producing an annual budget and monitoring monthly spend.
Candidate Requirement :
At least 3-4 years of experience in conducting training programs on Pan India or at regional level
Should have worked in an organisation in L&D role.
Specialized in Retail Training and Multiple Brands.
Pleasant personality, strong relating skills for building trust with the target audience.
