Summarized Accountability :
- To lead the trade marketing function in India and be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing shows, developing trade marketing promotional activities to increase market share, volumes and capture target customers.
Key Responsibilities :
Running consumer promotion programs :
- To be custodian of Brand Identity and to be responsible for representation of brand in any media / collateral.
- Responsible for developing and executing Trade promotional activities, Cake festivals, Quantity Purchase Scheme and Consumption program.
Brand Building Activities :
- To participate in trade shows and Industry forums representing .
- To use PR to build the band, media planning and media activity wherever required.
- Responsible for advertisement in media /journals
- To represent Trade Shows/Tie Ups/Sponsorships/Forums etc.
- Responsible for Brand identity development and protection, Coordination with existing design agencies to develop brand sales tool kit, brand collateral, packaging & design etc.
Consumer facing research activities :
- Research and information gathering on consumer habits and attitudes, in segment we are.
Consumer activations :
- Working on behalf of key customers to design & implement key marketing activities for Creating trade marketing plans for existing brands/ products & NPD launches
- Designing trade promotion campaigns, execution and tracking it
- Analyzing trade marketing campaigns and trade/bakery shows
- Planning & implementing BTL activations for brand promotions
- Organizing & participating in Trade shows PAN India
- Creating brand communication collaterals as per brand guidelines through agency/designer Pharmacy
- Maintaining/updating budget sheets
- Extensive vendor management
- Handling end to end Customer Care process
- Tracking New product Development process
- Co-ordinating with cross functional teams for varied trade activities
