Urgent Opening in one of reputed FMCG (Personal Care) for Asst Trade Marketing Manager

Location - Mumbai

Position Summary

This position is based in Mumbai

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

- To Develop and execute Trade Marketing Strategy for the brands in the assigned geography

- Conceptualizing and formulating trade marketing calendar as per the business strategy

- Drive width and depth for existing, New and focus Products through Field team and Distributors

- Manage Customer Relationships: Develop and manage external suppliers, Vendor and partners to drive Trade program efficacy.

- Designing Trade Promotion Programs for Retailers

- Driving share of shelf with Retailers and Merchandisers

- Building Retailer Relationship and Driving initiatives

- Shopper Activation: Instore Promotion and Activation

- Design and Execution of the Wholesale loyalty program

- Collect and disseminate Best Practice for profitable Trade Marketing activities

- Ensuring the POP Material is executed in the Market successfully

- Competitive Insights from market to be actively sought and updated regularly to sharpen and ensure trade programs are in line with market requirements

- Should be working very closely with the field sales team and keep himself continuously updated to efficiently handle the sales roles in future

Qualifications :

- Should be a Graduate with an MBA/PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing/Business

- Management from a reputed institute

Experience Required :

- 4-6 years prior experience in a reputed FMCG company, preferably in the Home and Personal Care segment

- Preferably should have handled this level of responsibility in previous assignments

- Should have handled General Trade/Modern Trade(preferably both) in the previous assignments

- Should have minimum of 1 year of experience in Trade Marketing

- Understanding of FMCG categories (Personal Care)

- Sound knowledge of Sales processes

- Merchandising Skills - both paid and unpaid visibility
