Assistant Manager - Trade Marketing - Building Materials

Position: Asst. Manager-Trade Marketing (Leading Building Materials Co)

Role:

- Responsible to Support the business by building loyalty amongst retail trade partners & influencers. To ensure best of branding & marketing support to the retail channel partners

- Manage loyalty & engagement program for the Trade partners and influencers

- Ideate, Strategize & upgrade brand visibility in the market through Trade outlets

- Ideate, source, and distribute brand & festive merchandise to the Trade partners

- Devise suitable Trade schemes

- Plan & execute international incentive tours

- Ideate & execute influencers & Trade partner meets/events

- Handle BTL activities to help generate leads to support Trade partners

- Understand need and organize Trade partners training

- Conceptualise and execute Trade promotions and roll out in-store campaigns in collaboration with Product team and sales team

Requirements:

- MBA

- 5-10 yrs of experience in Retail/Trade/Dealer/Channel Marketing preferably from building/construction material brands

- Good understanding of the Marketing function

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills

- Strong numerical skills/spreadsheets

- Knowledge in designing sales schemes

- Stakeholder Engagement

- Exposure in handling international incentive tours

- Marketing Communication

- Experience is handling loyalty program
