Designation: Assistant Manager - Total Rewards/ Compensation & Benefits

As a part of the Total Rewards team, the individual would be responsible for providing ongoing end-to-end support for all activities related to the Total Reward program of the firm. The key responsibilities will include the following:
- Deliver value through Total Rewards Strategies, policies, and solutions that enhance the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Assess the organization's competitive positioning in the market, identify areas of correction or gaps and propose necessary interventions.
- Design skill-based hiring ranges based on internal and external market inputs.
- Build and present various models to the leadership in order to assess the financial impact of salary increase and bonus budgeting.
- Incubate, implement and drive various compensation programs including Market Benchmarking, Merit Increase, pay for performance programs and compensation planning, etc. for diverse job profiles.
- Monitor monthly payroll ensuring all inputs are processed correctly by the payroll vendor.
- Liaise with other functions such as Finance, Payroll, and Legal team for a smooth administration of existing and new Total Rewards programs.
- Extend support in all internal and external audits and manage processes to ensure there are no red flags
- Ensure compliance with existing and new Statutory Compliances.
- Guide new HR business partners on the compensation philosophy of the organization, salary structure, and variable pay, allowances, and increments
- Stakeholder Management
- Identify opportunities for improvement and consult with the leaders to agree on solutions. Imbibe culture of continuous service improvement.
Mandatory Skills :
- Postgraduate - Preferred in HR
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience across different facets of Total Rewards covering Compensation and Benefits operations, designing rewards programs and solutions that align with the unique needs of the business.
- Proficiency in working with MS Excel and stronghold on analysis of data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in managing compensation through systems (SAP, Workday, or in-house tools) and an understanding of automation of comp module will be an added advantage.
- Ability to collaborate and work with stakeholders across levels and teams.
