Assistant Manager - Total Rewards - BPO/ITeS
The Role : The Total Rewards Manager will be part of our global compensation team. Design and communicate total reward policies, programs and initiatives aligned to the long-term HR strategy and business goals. Develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies for the compensation function.
Key Responsibilities :- Provide subject matter expertise and design input into various rewards projects
- Designs pieces of complex compensation programs, resulting in significant and long-term changes to the company's compensation offerings and policies
- Oversees the strategy and design of specific components of complex and large-scale compensation initiatives
- Manage day to day market intelligence processes, including survey submission and collection
- Lead benchmarking projects and interpretation of large quantities of market data - using functional rewards knowledge in development of strategies to meet business objectives
- Plan implementation of rewards initiatives that manage competitiveness and affordability,
- Drives resolution of compensation issues, and independently makes recommendation for optimal solution in situations where issue is complex

- Good standard of written and spoken English
- Expert in Excel/Power Bi and PowerPoint (storytelling, etc.)
Qualifications & Experience :- 5+ Years of compensation or total rewards experience
- Experience in market intelligence and strategic rewards initiatives necessary, as well as at least 5 years direct compensation experience.
