Assistant Manager - Technical Trainer

Job Responsibilities :

- Should be responsible to identify competency gaps across different teams with support from relevant team leads.

- Should ensure quality and consistency across all trainings imparted to groups/individuals.

- Should provide training in various formats like VDO, E-learning, Online Certification.

- Lead internship program.

- Work with People's Operation Team to understand and plan training needs related to soft skills.

Skills Required :

- Sound Technical knowledge on EEE along with knowledge on Server OS installation/confi/backup & networking developments.

- Troubleshooting and understanding mindset using linux logs and python scripting.

- Experience in robotics and industrial automation domain will be an advantage.

- BE/B.Tech - EEE/Mechtronics with 5-8 years of experience
