Assistant Manager - Tax & Compliance

Requirements:

- Inter CA with experience of 7 to 10 years (experience other than of article ship).

- Knowledge of accounting software Tally / ERP and Excel

- Good communication skill.

Key Accountabilities:

IFC (Internal Financial Control)

- Has basic knowledge & practical exposure of IFC audit

- Has understanding of Risk control matrix (RCM) & Standard Operating practice (SOP).

Income tax

- Has basic knowledge & practical exposure of Transfer pricing (TP)

- Advance Tax planning, tax audit, TDS filing

- Exposure to Income tax assessment & scrutiny

FEMA compliance

- RBI Annual Performance (APR) filling, ODI filling

- Basic knowledge of compounding & other FEMA regulations

- Other compliance

- Fixed Assets verification

- Reasonable accounting background with exposure to ledger scrutiny

GST

- Exposure to GST Refund

- Well versed with Monthly GST return filling like GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B, annual GST return filling - Form 9 & Form 9C

- Exposure to Reconciliation of GSTR2B v/s GSTR 3B v/s Books of accounts

- Exposure to Reconciliation of the ITC as per GSTR 2A with GSTR 3B and books of accounts

- Experience of E-way Bill Generation

- Monthly calculation of ITC & RCM liabilities

Service tax

- Drafting of replies in response to Service Tax notices
