Assistant Manager - Tax Advisory - CA

Position: Assistant Manager : Tax Advisory

Location : Sector-48 , Gurugram

Work mode : Work from office (Five days per week)

Job Description :

- Research for Advisory assignments and drafting of written opinions on tax advisory for International tax and tax advisory for M&A transactions (FEMA will be added advantage)

- Able to resolve the tax queries received by them from the clients,

- Getting notes ready for circulation to clients for any update in Income-tax Act and related acts,

- Getting notes prepared for any tax changes for circulation internally to respective teams from an implementation perspective

- Drafting opinions for advisory matters

- Filing of form 15CA and 15CB for foreign remittances

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant with 3-6 years of Post qualification experience,

- Candidates must have relevant Experience in reputed tax firms

- Excellent Drafting skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Must be living in Gurugram or adjacent to Gurugram /open to relocate

- Diploma in International Taxation from ICAI would be an added advantage
