Key Deliverables:
- Own HR analytics delivery by maintaining data related to gender diversity, productivity etc
- Execute HR projects like backoffice automation, platform migration, data analytics
- HRIS related to joinings,exits, HR dashboards and metrics for measuring HR delivery
- Build, operate and drive specific programs like management trainee onboarding, campus engagement etc
- Build, operate and drive a model on creating a talent pipeline of passive job seekers for critical positions
- Develop a plan and execute a talent management model for critical position.
- Prior experience of working on talent management, OD and HR analytics is preferable
Education: Only from tier 1 / 2 institutes
Location: Gurgaon
Experience:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar capacity in large corporates. Only people with similar experience in large corporates need to apply
