AM - Talent Management
- Ideating on and detailing out Change, OD, and Talent Management initiatives, and then drafting and pitching the same to senior HR / Business stakeholders
- Developing detailed project plans based on these initiatives, and implementing / tracking the same
- Driving the communication strategy to support change initiatives
- Managing and dissecting talent-related data, customizing the representation according to the need at hand
- Drawing insights and making recommendations based on data related to change initiatives
- Working with businesses to create, implement and review Individual Development Plans for high potential talent
- Working with businesses to identify people-related needs, devising and implementing solutions for the same
