Scope of work :
The person will be responsible for design, project management and governance of Talent & Learning initiatives run centrally, across levels and operations, to ensure smooth execution of the various L&D and Talent Management initiatives across operations/zones etc. resulting into fulfilment of stakeholders' training needs and to enhance overall organizational KSA levels.
Here is what you will do:
1. Talent Management & OD
- Designing & implementing programs like Talent Review, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Employee Assessments
- Evaluating & proving reports regarding the effectiveness of the organization's talent strategies.
- Lead and manage special projects in Organization Development as needed.
2. Succession Planning
- Strategy for creating talent pipeline for critical leadership roles - to ensure that businesses continue to run smoothly after company's most important people move on to new opportunities.
3. High Potential Development
- Create process to identify the Hi-Pi talent.
- Work closely with HR business Partners to identify the top talent for each function and driving focused development initiatives for them.
4. OD & L&D Governance
- Assisting L&D vertical for timely execution of the various programs as per the focused L&D intervention in line with the TM strategy
- Tracking & driving major focused L&D initiatives, involving stakeholders to design governance plan and driving it for Talent Management related outcomes
- Scheduling and planning, monitoring and status reporting against planned deliverables, milestones, resource and program tracking, development and management of risk, issue and action logs, track planning and execution
- Talent & Learning process governance, maintain SOPs, process document
5. Liaison with Stakeholders and External Vendors
- Identify key partners to run L&D and OD initiatives and assist L&D vertical to connect with various stakeholders, to ensure contextual training programs
- Connecting with freelance trainers and service providers for various programs
- Build and maintain successful partnerships with Talent & Learning team, HR stakeholders and key business sponsors
Prior Experience/Background:
- Experience in Learning & Development / Organization Development
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent service orientation, interpersonal team skills, flexibility, initiative and team-work
- Ability to prioritize effectively and facilitate actions across teams, commitment to follow -through
