Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition - Sales Hiring - Cookware & Appliances Business

We are hiring for a Talent Acquisition role!

Company: India's Largest Brand in Cookware & Small Appliances.

Designation: AM-Talent Acquisition

Reports to: DGM HR

Ideal Profile: Full-time MBA with 4+ Years of work experience in Talent Acquisition Primarily for Sales & Marketing roles with a Sales Based Organization i.e FMCG, Durables, Industrial Products/Machinery, Retail etc

Objectives of this Role:

- Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals

- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind

- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants

- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience

- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations

- Please note: There is a Corporate HR role also at same Level with Same experience who has to primarily take care pf PMS, Talent Management, L&D & Employee Engagement etc.
