Job Title : Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition Years of Exp : 4 to 7 years Location : Delhi NCR Qualification : MBA Skills Required : 1. Creating staffing strategies for assigned client groups to include proactively working with clients to ensure we are building talent pipelines. 2. Developing, planning, directing, and evaluating the external recruitment and selection and/or internal transfer process to satisfy the organization's staffing requirements. 3. Building the sourcing plan and ensuring broad access and awareness to open positions through the inter-net, networking sites and social media. 4. Sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing and recommending candidates for all levels of positions. 5. Administering tests/assessments and interpreting results, checking references, arranging transportation of selected applicants, extend formal offers of employment and acts as a liaison with employment agencies and outside vendors, etc. 6. Process owner of Talent Acquisition related budgeting /Analytics/ reporting at PAN India level. 7. Facilitate and maintain cordial vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, creating vendor standards, finding the best available vendors, for sourcing, health check-ups and other recruitment vendors. 8. Organize orientation programs for the new joinees & Schedule and oversee induction sessions. 9. Familiarity with sourcing through Social media, Job Portals and professional networks 10. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
