THE JOB : Directly reporting to the company's Head of Talent Acquisition, this job requires an experienced recruitment professional to take-up an IC's (individual contributor) role in the recruitment team, delivering on critical hiring needs at the co., majorly entailing, but not limited to, the following: - Actively working on open positions and ensure a strong talent pipeline for the same. Generally, a lot of junior and mid-level positions across skills like Java, .Net, UI, UX, QA, Sales, Pre Sales, HR, Recruitment and the likes constitute the overall position mix at the co. - Do great candidate pitching and opportunity selling - Timely assessment of candidates for the open jobs and doing all necessary coordination with the hiring managers to ensure that interview panels confirm their availability for interviewing such candidates, resulting in min. time taken for assessments - Excellent engagement with candidates while all of that mentioned above is underway - Letting the candidates know of the final status of their candidatures and helping them have the offer at the earliest (for the shortlisted ones) - Support team members/colleagues, as necessary IMPORTANT NOTES FOR INTERESTED CANDIDATES : - Only IT (Software) recruiting experience will be considered. Recruitment firm background with expertise in technology skill hiring for junior &amp; mid-level roles can also be considered - Please apply only if you are based out of Delhi-NCR and willing to work in Noida.
