Role :
- The Purpose of the role will be to effectively run the full life cycle Talent Acquisition including on boarding.
- Talent Acquisition responsibilities include planning, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring and on boarding.
- The Role also demands to manage the other aspects of HR business partnering like Query Resolution, Performance Development, Employee Retention & Talent Succession.
- Effective use of HR Analytics and machine intelligence for effective decision making
