Responsibilities : - Lead a team of recruiters responsible for all hiring of Operations, Retail and Customer Relationship functions and job level for Urban Ladder. - Plan and implement Talent attraction and branding strategies across existing and new channels to make Urban Ladder employer of choice. - Identify and develop partners to help expedite key hiring/niche positions. - Plan and implement campus hiring strategies based on current and future positions. - Be updated on market trends with regards to competitors and best practices - Set dashboards capturing all key recruitment metrics- Quantitative and Qualitative. Qualification : - Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management from Tier 1/2 college. - 2-4 years of experience with FMCG, Ecommerce or IT/ITES. - Prior consulting experience will be Mandate. - Experience in Bulk hiring Desired Skills and Functional Experience : - Business Acumen, Strong problem- solving skills and comfort with numbers. - Driven, sincere, honest and fair.
