Assistant Manager - Talent acquisition - Ecommerce industry

- Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer)

- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

- Screen candidates resumes and job applications

- Hands on experience in Sourcing profiles through Different Job portals as Naukri, Monster, Linkedin , Dice, Indeed etc

- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods

- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

- Collaborating with team members to understand positions and recruiting needs

- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

- Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate

- Manage the scheduling of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers

- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques and best practices in HR

- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting.

Job Specification :

- Should be a Graduate/PG in any stream.

- Should have good communication and convincing skills.

- Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.

- Should have good experience in end to end Field Sales recruitment.

- Should have extensive knowledge on working with direct clients.

- Should be able to use Job portals/ Job boards extensively and efficiently.

- Good level of experience to deal with candidates/Vendors professionally and negotiate rates

- Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement.

- Screening, short listing, sourcing candidates for the given skill sets through various job sites, referrals.

- Building and maintaining database of contacts and resumes and other such info
