Location : Bangalore (HSR Layout; won't be remote)

Job Description :

Expectation from the incumbent :

As a Talent Acquisition team member, you will be responsible for end-to-end Recruitment and onboarding of new talent while keeping tab on time to hire and quality of hire. It would also include special projects on Employer branding, Market intelligence, benchmarking.

Key metrices by which performance will be tracked - Time to hire, quality of hire.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Manage end to end life cycle of recruiting process from screening scheduling to onboarding.

- Experience in multiple stakeholder management

- Recruitment dashboard. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports periodically to the key stakeholders

- Build and create talent pipeline for future roles with both active and passive candidates

- Improving and monitoring employee productivity

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Manager and other stakeholders to understand the business and staffing needs

- Handle specific projects on - Employer branding, Social media recruiting campaigns, market intelligence, benchmarking,

Desired Profile and qualifications :

- MBA/ PGDM in Human Resources (Full Time)

- Relevant experience of 3 years in Talent Acquisition

- High on integrity, trustworthiness and collaboration

- Good business acumen and the ability to think and act strategically in the deployment of various Talent Acquisition programs

- Excellent communication skills; the ability to build and manage relationships and influence change.

- Comfortable to challenge the status quo with a passion to deliver results in a dynamic environment

- Should have strong analytics, presentation and interpersonal skills, negotiation & Conflict resolution skills
