Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition - BPO/ITeS

Job Description :

1. Handling end to end recruitment.

2. Should have hands on experience in managing ATS.

3. Should have strong sourcing skills.

4. Should be managing bulk hiring across levels.

5. Should be from service Industry.

6. Should have worked across functions like sales, HR, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain etc.

7. Should have a regular MBA (HR) degree, distance or part time would not work.
