- Minimum 5 years' experience of working in Talent Acquisition. - Has experience in bulk hiring - Has worked on 300+ joining per month - Manage end to end hiring of candidates from sourcing to offer. - Hands-on sourcing experience through multiple channels/platforms. - Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future talent requirements. - Identify Innovative/new sourcing channels/tools and build internal capability. - Regular Interaction with hiring managers to understand & identify staffing needs. - Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up and communication with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle. - Evolve sourcing & recruiting strategy to effectively meet hiring needs - Proactively analyse recruiting metrics to diagnose and remedy pipeline issues by tracking relevant KPIs like time to closure, average days to interview, offer, joining etc.
