- Act as an advisor to stakeholders and has high domain/functional skills relevant to the business.
- Strong market acumen & comparator knowledge.
- Constantly drive to the recruitment/HR/Risk as per defined process adherence with accuracy & timeliness of data capturing with almost no defects.
- Drive relationships with key stakeholders and maintain high degree of rapport with them.
