Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition :
- Relevant Recruiting experience range 8-12 years
- Experience in BPO, Operations and IT sourcing
- Ability to manage a team of Recruiters : Size: 4 to 6
Vendor Management : External Recruitment vendors, Contract Staffing options - work with internal stakeholders including Finance & Procurement
- Ability to interact with Business leaders and agree future acquisition strategies
- Need to work on Manpower Budgets and Accruals
- Build Sourcing strategy around Linked In and Portals for optimum cost mix
- Relevant Compliance requirements such as Employment Exchange, Contract Labour etc
Key Responsibilities :
- To Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
- To Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
- To Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
- To Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
- To Monitor and constantly reduce the cost of the recruitment process
- Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
- Conduct job interviews for the leadership role(or key jobs in the organization)
- Manage, train and develop the team of HR Recruiters
- Salary benchmarking, manpower vendor coordination, vendor evaluation and contracts.
