What you'll do: - Coordinate with Hiring Managers Team to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria. - Develop recruitment strategies, policies and procedures - from sourcing to onboarding top talent - Source potential candidates through various channels (Job boards, social platforms and professional networks) - Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews. - Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details and maintain timely and accurate candidate data. - Lead employer branding initiatives. - Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates and positively impact the experience. What we are looking for: - Education: MBA or Equivalent Degree - Experience Required: 3+ years of relevant experience in recruitment across all levels. Requirements: - Ability to influence hiring managers talent decisions by providing value-adding recruiting-related advice - Ability to comprehensively understand the business strategy and connect it to the talent priorities - Skilled at partnering/collaborating with extended teams to build effective sourcing &amp; assessment channels - Ability to put in place meaningful metrics which will help continuously improve the efficiency of the recruitment and extended teams
