- Mandatory to have experience in Stakeholder Management and Non-IT hiring like tax and audit or finance.

- Well-versed and equipped in designing and implementing best-of-the-class people strategies across all verticals of Talent Acquisition.

- Experience in Recruitment (Front line, Lateral & Niche), Vendor Management, ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Life cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding, etc)

- Have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills.

- Talent Branding on various social media platforms to attract suitable talent.

- Spearheaded weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review meeting.

- Streamlining internal hiring process and materializing new processes.

- Maintaining and Presenting the Team's performance metrics: Time to Hire, Selection Ratio, Requisition Coverage, Source of Hire, Offer Acceptance rate, open requirements, attrition data, various campaign details etc.

- Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications.

- Competition Mapping, Market Intelligence reporting, and Talent Mapping for different business functions.

- Creating the most appropriate recruitment strategy for every role by providing sourcing & selection solutions via careers page and job portals, social networks & groups, employer branding, employee referral program, internal job movement, etc.

- Define and track the responsibilities of the team member which will be aligned with the individual's career goals and the organization's goals.

- Communicate the expectations clearly and regularly address the gaps if any exist in expectations via the action plan of the team member.

- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.

- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation

- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.

- Work as an individual contributor for critical positions.
