Job Understanding: Assistant Manager - Supply Operations

Job description

- The role includes coordinating with multiple teams and ensuring that all the orders are closed within the promised timelines. This includes strategic and tactic a guidance, usage tracking, fulfillment and invoicing support and measuring OTIF etc. and ensure upward growth in Customer Experience.

Role Responsibilities

- Managing the Suppliers Pick Up Plan and ensure that Pick up SLAs are met.

- Managing delivery plans based on internal KPIs; achieve higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall OTIF.

- Coordinating with teams for End to End Order Status from Supplier Pickups with Delivery (Order Life Cycle).

- Maintaining and building on Moglix relationship and advice, on ways to deliver value from the product.

- Maximize appropriate use of technology to improve order efficiency and thus improving the customer experience.

- Ensure excellent internal communication with business units and Customer Service team to help foster a customer-centric culture.

- Identify opportunities throughout the process to minimize operating costs.

- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure End to End Order lifecycle is completed within the timeframe. It included strategy, plans and discussions, for both current product/platform and new product developments.

- Responsible to carry out daily tasks effectively, efficiently and accurately protecting the Bank to any financial and Regulatory risks

- Responsible for Timely delivery of daily/Weekly/ Monthly audit requests processing customer query resolutions within provided Benchmark with the expected fashion.

- Complete and Confirm all the activity and escalation of outstanding trade queries as per processing queues

- Maintain the Quality and completeness as required by the business.

- Expected to monitor KPIs and KRIs of the process.

- Lead and contribute to Global initiatives that could be strategic and tactical.

- Should have detailed understating of Settlement & confirmation process.

- Strong operations management and project management skills are required.

- Ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a high-pressured environment.

- Ability to understand the process risk and ensure timely reporting and escalation of critical risks & non-compliance with policies, standards, and limits.

- Ability to challenge the status quo and drive the automationprocess efficiency.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with an ability to notice minor discrepancies issues.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.

Key Stakeholders

- KAMs/ Sourcing/ Warehouse City Heads

- Coordinate with Suppliers and Customers on Order status and support required in case of issues and escalations

- Category/ Business Development Teams

- Establish a comprehensive understanding of products in order to better service the customers on product features
