EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- B.S. degree in engineering, supply chain management (SCM) or business

- 6+ years of experience in a supply chain functional area (Order Management Services)

- Experience working for a US company

- Experience working with global customers

- Proven experience in process definition and implementation, as well as change management

RESPONSIBILITIES

Technology

- Identify and implement leading edge analytics technology. Individual will contribute to identify and implement efficiencies, monitoring and understanding our performance against key supply chain metrics as well as root cause investigation.

- Embed new technology into supply chain processes. Individual (AM_Process Design) works with users at all levels of the business to ensure that key analytics tools, systems, and technologies are embedded into everyday operations.

Process Design

- Design & implement the overall supply chain order fulfilment process. Will contribute into tailoring supply chain processes to fit Company customers' needs, leveraging internal and external experts. AM_Process Design will utilize data analytics and process owner insights to create a seamless touchless transition of information and product through the order fulfilment process.
