Assistant Manager - Supply Chain Management - Automobile Industry

KRA (Key Result Areas):

- To work out capacity expansion requirements based on Mid Term Plan, Annual plan and Monthly projections provided by Sales & Marketing

- To prepare annual production plan high lighting location wise, machine wise plan in coordination with sales and marketing and production.

- To finalize monthly production plan for MRP in coordination with sales department.

- To monitor and regulate Finished Goods stock as per norms by monitoring customer daily production and also by monitoring daily plan vs actual.

- To finalize monthly, weekly and daily production reports highlighting producitivity, yield and other KPIs.

- To monitor and regulate timely return from customers, timely maintanance and timely procurement to ensure pallet availability for production and also to ensure pallet repair & maintenance cost as per budget.

- To monitor and regulate timely and accurate ordering of Raw material and other Bill of Material to - optimise their inventory levels.

- To maintain standard operating procedures in Raw material and Finished good warehouses to minimise damage, deterioration & optimise warehousing costs.

- To monitor and regulate truck availability, customer schedules to ensure on time delivery of goods to customer in full quantity.

- To monitor and regulate delivery of finished goods in standard pallets and standard vehicles to control transportation cost..

- To coordinate with marketing department in order to fulfill standard procedures like ASNs for customers.

- To prepare annual budgets for a) production, b) raw material and c) transportation

- To undertake learning and development initiatives for effective knowledge capability enhancement.

Candidate Requirement :-

- B.E / B TECH , MBA will be an added advantage

- From Any - Automobile / Auto Ancillary / Manufacturing Industries .
