Assistant Manager - Supply Chain Management - Auto/Manufacturing

Fulfilment Center Operations :

- Drive operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing strategic program, in a large scale Fulfilment/ warehouse setup.

- Controls metric of the function & SOP adherance

- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies & vision.

- Maintain standards of health/safety/hygiene & security.

- Customer focused & results driven approach.

- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling. Engaging and assigning employees; following up on work results.

- Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

- Leading a larger team of 150-200 manpower

- Exceptions needs to be handled with consensus

- Generate reports for monitoring goods for related bulks and area

- Ensure that all operations related matters are sorted out with relevant team

- Suggest and implement improvements needed in the existing processes

- Reconciliation and work with Ground Ops to close all issues within TAT.

Job Specification :

- Educational Qualification : Any Graduate /PG with MBA.

- Experience : 3+ years

- Location : Malur ( Bangalore )

- Flexible working Shifts ( Day / Night )
