The Assistant Manager - Strategy Support supports the MD's Office by preparing confidential business and personnel documentation, communicating and corresponding at all levels of the organization and assisting with strategic project implementation.
- Partner with various functions on topics such as business strategy, strategic planning, project management, competitiveness & profitability analysis, employee engagement, and organizational transformation.
- Support the SMB(Strategic Management Board) Chairman in drafting communications, presentations and project plans.
- Management of own or participation in strategic multi-projects.
- Assumption of project office tasks for strategic relevant projects.
- Project controlling, e.g. preparation of project-related evaluations and portfolio reports.
- Preparation of management and Executive Board presentations.
- Preparing basic data / presentations / reports / analysis.
- Assist the Business leader in facilitating effective decision-making.
- Researching, benchmarking and analyzing data.
- Support monitoring of strategy execution across functions.
- Assuming day-to-day responsibility of the projects and tasks, which includes setting leader's strategic priorities.
- Research, compile, assimilate and prepare confidential and sensitive documents and briefs.
- Plan and coordinate arrangements for professional conferences; reviews, proofreads and edits documents.
- Organize Executive Board and leadership meetings.
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA Finance/ General Management degree from Top Tier college; Preferable bachelor degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferable working experience in a multi-national corporation in a similar capacity
- High organizational skills and confident expression in spoken and written
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and a friendly, open nature
- Excellent Communication & Analytical Skills and exposure to Project Management
