Assistant Manager - Strategy (Non Profit Organization)
1. Actively collaborate with the Programme and M&E teams on meeting the Foundation's annual objectives and targets
2. Undertaking project site visits with the team for evaluation and project monitoring
3. Actively engage with the Foundation's partners for building knowledge, proposal evaluation and closure
4. Managing project level information flow in a timely and accurate manner, including program team leaders in documentation, data analysis and presentations
5. Assist in preparation of MIS, Board & internal presentations, annual reports and programme communication for the Foundation
6. Supporting the Comms team for events / conferences / white papers, as and when required
Functional Details :
1. A Postgraduate in development studies with 2 to 5 years work experience in program execution / implementation with a high performing team.
2. Good written and verbal communication skills
3. Candidate should be flexible to travel to project locations across India with project team Analytical thinking skills with the ability to work with basic financial applications
4. A good team player having the ability to work and adapt to diverse sets of people. Must project a mature & respectful attitude at work and with the Foundation's partners and other stakeholders.
