Assistant Manager - Strategy & Business Operations

Responsibilities:

- Assist in special projects and initiatives.

- Keeping a hawk eye view in managing day to day affairs, collaborating with key department heads to ensure deadlines and objectives are duly met.

- Manage concerned team meetings along with / on behalf of VP for regular reviews.

- Liaison with International Brands / Licensors

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate actionable strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

- Support in evaluating and optimizing existing processes and procedures.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior management.

- Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights for decision-making.

- Stay updated with industry developments and competitive landscape to inform strategic initiatives.
