Job Title : Assistant Manager - Statistical Modeler   Reports to : Manager   Location : Mumbai   Roles and Responsibilities :   - Develop Statistical Modelling using techniques like predictive analytics, forecasting, segmentation, machine learning and campaign management   - Work on projects in the areas of - Distribution Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Operations Analytics   - Should have hands on experience in analytics delivery, through the entire life cycle of an analytics engagement - independent project delivery capability.   - Stakeholder management and stakeholder interaction   - Involved in predictive analysis or predictive analytics   - Ability to summarize and effectively present complex analytical insights, observations and recommendations to an audience using business language   - Ability to develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality   - Database management systems   - Support customer management Team   Skills Required :   - 4-7 years of relevant Analytics experience   - Proficient in analytical tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, MS-Excel or other statistical software   - Proficient in SQL and VBA automation   - Proficiency in analytical techniques such as linear/ logistic regression, clustering, decision tree modeling, text mining, machine learning etc   - Proficient in at least one data visualization application such as Qlikview, Tableau, Spotfire etc   - Excellent written and verbal communication   - Superior analytical with focus on problem solving and advanced analytics solutions
