- Manage a team of Marketing professionals and Marketo consultants - Provide strategic guidance to marketing teams and the business, and support the implementation and management of campaign programs and automated workflows - Responsible of team's performance evaluation, wellbeing, process related work assignment and operational excellence - Manage and drive enhancements to our marketing technology infrastructure to advance our marketing effectiveness and operational efficiencies - Be responsible for client relationships & manage client satisfaction and feedback processes - Recruit, mentor, teach, and coach the team in best practices of marketing automation. Work with the team on core operational processes and uses of Marketo and Salesforce - Work closely with the leads to chalk out team's annual priorities and long-term strategy - Establish self as the main point of contact for project teams to connect on planning and execution discussions - Execute a broad range of integrated marketing programs including email nurture campaigns, webinars, events, A/B testing and ABM campaigns to support regional sales objectives - Configure the MA platform to create additional components of the campaign, such as campaign mailing lists, automated flows, web forms or personalization elements within the campaign assets - Carry out quality assurance on all aspects of the finished campaign build in-line with defined processes - Keep the project team informed via timely updates around project process, risks, and concerns to support day-to-day delivery of client marketing automation campaigns - Develop a quick understanding of the business structure and priorities - Educate clients on best practices in email marketing to implement in projects handled in day to day operations as per the industry standards - Proven experience of maintaining a marketing database; performing data governance tasks to ensure a high level of data hygiene - Provide key campaign reporting metrics to the project team as required
