1.Possesses relevant experience with a focus on end-to-end SOX Compliance 2.Manage and perform SOX testing and ensure testing results are appropriately documented and communicated. 3.Must have a firm knowledge of accounting and SOX methodologies (controls design, risk assessment, testing strategies, etc.) 4.Must have knowledge of documentation of process flows, controls, controls testing, evaluation of deficiencies and remediation plans. 5.Plan, implement, coordinate, and execute all phases of SOX compliance, (which includes performing walkthroughs and identifying/validating key controls, developing test procedures, testing, and reporting results to Management as well as to internal and external audit). 6.Update documentation including process flowcharts/narratives, risk and controls matrix and evaluate controls as new systems are developed and/or process changes. 7.Coordinate with internal and external auditors on the annual SOX testing plan and providing support to them to ensure timely and smooth completion of SOX projects. 8.Must have the ability to effectively manage Internal Auditors as well as external partners (external auditors, outsourcing partners, control owners) who assist us with SOX testing, demonstrate proficient project management skills, superior communication (both written and oral) and organizational skills. Industry: BPO / KPO / ITES Functional Area: IA/ Compliance / SOX (Desired) Qualification: CA (Required) with 2 - 3 years- experience in Internal Audit or SOX testing.
