Assistant Manager - Sourcing - Real Estate

Role:

As an Assistant Manager - Sourcing, you will be responsible for the distribution of projects to Channel Partners (CP) and Sourcing of potential clients for the projects.

What You Will Do:

- Identify CP and promote products to them

- Maintain MIS and monitor walk-ins and deals from CPs

- Take update from CPs on products and offerings

- Ensure office branding

- Explore new avenues of CPs and broaden market

- Conduct CP meets on sites during launches and during sustenance

- Train CP on product details

- Capture weekend walk-in data

What You Need to succeed in this role:

- Post-Graduation (MBA preferred)

- Proven work experience of 2-3 Years in Real Estate or B2B

- Great people and sourcing skills
