Roles and Responsibilities: - Drive capital efficacy in the program by reducing asset NPAs, reducing risks, improvising operational parameters - Aggressively grow the portfolio of Fleet business in Mumbai and drive P&L for the sourcing function. - Responsible for sourcing of drivers to the program and monitoring their performance. - Ensuring that qualitative assessments are made while sourcing driver partners to ensure their long term association with Company. - Ensure collections and operational conditions for the drivers are met as and when required - Has to install ownership and effective coordination across the functions. And act like a bridge between HO/Central team and local teams. Organization: Hire and manage a high performance team. Ensure their objectives of growth and performance are met. Experience & Skills: - People Management Skills - Passion to explore in a startup environment. - Excellent communication skills, Ability to do multi-tasking and deal with multi stakeholders.
