Assistant Manager - Social Proposal Writing

Job Location: Bangalore / Delhi (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:-

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and subject matter experts, to gather information for proposals

- Analyse client requirements and tailor proposals to meet their specific needs

- Ensure proposals align with the organization's mission, values, and goals

- Drive creation of deal win plans aligned to customer's objectives - covers scope, technology, risks, costs, quality, time, resources

- Understanding of SDG, Thematic area, ESG & CSR norm

- Conduct market & competitor analysis, detail client requirements

- Provide guidance and training to enhance the team's proposal writing skills

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of social initiatives and trends

- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into proposal strategies

- Contribute to the development of long-term proposal writing strategies

- Review and edit proposals to ensure clarity, coherence, and compliance with guidelines

- Implement a quality assurance process to enhance the overall effectiveness of proposals

- Work closely with team members to provide constructive feedback and support continuous improvement

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for proposal development

- Monitor and report on the progress of proposal submissions

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and preferences

- Engage with clients to clarify requirements and address concerns related to proposals

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of proposals and associated documents

- Generate reports on proposal activities, successes, and areas for improvement

Job Requirements:

- 3-5+ years proven experience in proposal writing

- Experience in social focus will be highly preferred

- Strong understanding of social impact, sustainability, and CSR

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Leadership and team management experience

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
