Assistant Manager - Site Acquisition - Telecom

- Develop the site acquisition plan, in line with business requirements and customer requirements

- Provide inputs on pricing and allocating budgets, to the governance to develop the AOP for Site Acquisition

- Establish guidelines and process for carrying out the soft as well as hard acquisition of the sites

- Manage regulatory compliance as per applicable norms for site acquisition

- Ensure the authenticity of the property documents as per legal norms and safety and suitability of the buildings for site installation

- Proactively identify sites for new deployments based on inputs from sales and marketing

- Ensure timely and accurate roll out of rent to the owners

- Review contract records and related documentation, in coordination with legal team, to assess adherence to policy, processes, procedures, and regulations
