- Involved in building a robust Talent Acquisition operations, processes, systems and policies.

- Handling end-to-end recruitment

- Actively using recruitment tools like social media hiring's through LinkedIn, Facebook, Careers id etc.

- Manage stakeholder relationship with hiring managers, candidate's, HR business partners and recruitment vendors.

- Designing processes around employee referral & ICO across organization, revamping intranet portal as per the requirement.

- Weekly internal and external TA data analytics & presentation

- Recruit & on-board interns across Business Units

- Manage offer negotiation & closing with candidates in adherence with the budgets.

- Timely maintaining the database, trackers & uploading JDs on the intranet portals of the company.

- Coordinating for interviews, travel for candidates.

- Mapping competition

- Negotiate and close offers
