Secretarial Compliance Assistant Manager, Senior Executive

As per our discussion we are hiring for role of Secretarial Compliances.

Location : Ahmedabad

JD :

Role specific skillsets :

- Review of secretarial documents viz board meeting documents, Shareholders' meeting documents, etc.

- Sound knowledge of FEMA and company laws

- Primarily responsible for compliance of secretarial matters on time

- Client Engagement and Team Management

- Tracking & Monitoring statutory deadlines of secretarial matters
