Role - Assistant Manager / Sr.Executive - Recruitment - Chemical Manufacturing/Pharma (5-8 yrs)

Location - Gurgaon

Job Expectations:

- Anchor and own end-to-end delivery of a multiple projects, Executive Search Mandates, working on Mid to Senior hiring ( 15+Yrs Experience Levels).

- Map Competition & Allied Industries for Top Leadership & Lateral Talent

- Good Knowledge into Using LinkedIn & Other Job Ports to Map the Industry & Pool of candidates for Critical Mandates.

- Partner with senior stakeholders in the organisations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements

- Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes; identify key sourcing channels; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies.

- Showcase comprehensive and assessment skills in addition to leveraging strong industry and business understanding.

- Strong written and oral communication skills.

Job Qualifications :

- Experience in the Manufacturing / Fertilizer / Chemical / Pharma Industry

- A solid track record Mapping Industry in Manufacturing / Fertilizer / Chemical / Pharma

- Proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial and thrive in a meritocratic environment.

- Relevant experience from Executive Search Firms would be preferred or with Large Consulting Firms

- Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities

- A full-time post-graduate degree - MBA/PGDM (in HR) with Min 5+yrs Experience)

- Need to be fluent in business English (spoken and written)
