Job Profile : - Constantly maintains employee database hygiene by connecting with key stakeholders - Monitors & updates Business and HR on Business & HR Plan against targets - Works as the key representative to the external benchmarks and key surveys supporting the HR function. - Constantly monitors and prepares reports on channel wise and business productivity and staffing ratios against industry benchmark - Identifies poor performers as per business definitions and updates business and HR on necessary actions - Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, advanced and predictive analytics - Supports HR leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs - Constantly work towards automation of reports and updates by utilizing technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze company wide people and cross-functional data - Prepares reports and updates Senior Management through presentations, standard reporting artifacts on defined intervals - Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics. - Collaborates with subject matter experts across the HR service areas to promote data governance and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight. - Help develop people matrices to evaluate and measure effectiveness of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Retention and Employee services.
