- This role is into hiring contractors through vendors for across businesses (C2H Hiring)

- Understanding of Vendor Management and contractual hiring

- Aware of latest hiring trends, market landscape, new technologies.

- Knowledge of technology trends, compensation, and benefits

- Knowledge to prove and assess appropriate skill sets of various practice areas

- Ability to lead, direct, and work for supporting recruiting initiatives (new systems, improving processes, etc.)
