Role Title : Assistant Manager - SBU Education

Purpose of the role : To support the function in course content development, coordination and administration of testing activities (NCFM tests), collaboration with Colleges, Institutes as a part of educational tie-ups or financial literacy initiatives.
Key Responsibility :
Enrollment for NCFM tests
- Supervise the offline NCFM processing activity (Processing involves examining, scanning, collation, data entry, offline registration and processing of all the NCFM forms received).
- Authorize the payments along with supervision of payment processing activity
- Reconcile the payments - daily, monthly and as and when required
- Supervise the study material dispatch activity.
- Supervise the enrollment processing activity and authorization of enrollments.
- Handling NCFM related queries and system rectifications
Certificate processing :
- Supervise the NCFM certificate processing activity (Processing involves printing, lamination, tracking and issuance of certificates
- Supervise the certificate dispatch related activities.
- Coordinate for certificate related MIS, co-ordination with other organizations, regional offices and updation of records.
- coordinate for the maintenance of undelivered certificates and handle certificate related queries
- Co-ordinate for the reprint of certificates - duplicate cases, name change etc
- Track the centre preference suggested by the candidates and coordinate with the test centres for the same.
- Supervise the work of scheduling the examination (for 3 months), pre and post test activity.
- Undertake improvements - System and Process related
- Monitor and analyse the performance of centre periodically
- Process payments for the for the tests taken
Supervise test administration processes :
- Co-ordinate with regional offices for test related activities, testing etc.
- Supervise invigilation activities, pre-test and post test activities
- Monitor centre capacity, utilization, test schedules and re-schedules and copy cases
- Prepare MIS, schedules, statistics to monitor test centre activity
Content development :
- Co-ordinate, monitor and review content development for new modules and workbooks.
- Finalize and Print the workbooks, processing of payments to the content developers / reviewers
Launch of new modules :
- Co-ordinate with the appointed content developer to develop content for identified new modules, as per guidelines specified by the company.
- Prepare / liaison for the module developer agreement and the necessary approval notes for authorization by AVP.
- Co-ordinate development, preparation, printing and launch of the new module(s).
Launch of new modules :
Month End reports and payouts :
- Create and circulate monthly reports to partner organisations and internal departments
- Coordinate fee sharing activity and processing of payments
- Maintain detailed trackers and enter all data into the system.
Training & Financial Literacy Programs :
- Organise guest lectures on NCFM programme to increase awareness
- Co-ordinate and assist in conducting awareness sessions for colleges, high schools and general public - Visit to
NSE programs :
- Co-ordinate with partner institutions to create new programs e.g. Finance course run by NSE-MKCL
- Co-ordinate with Manipal University regarding training programs - schedule, revenue sharing, certificates.
Educational Tie-ups :
- Coordinate with Colleges, Institute to collaborate with NSE for Short term educational courses.
- Supervise processes related to tie-ups like preparation of Agreements, monitoring progress of the course,scheduling of examinations etc.
- Undertake timely review of all the tie-ups undertaken (through preparation of MIS)
- Build and develop long term relationship with Colleges, Institute.
